KEIPER LTD.

The General Manager of the Keiper operations in London said Keiper officials prepared a list of fifty questions on everything from available property to zoning, road access, rail service and utilities. It was forwarded to a list of communities along highway 401 between Guelph and Chatham.

"London, through the LEDC, was clearly a competent professional partner. They were very open, and quick to respond. But they didn't leave it there. When we visited London, our meetings with the LEDC's CEO and the Mayor of London, both helped to convince us that this was a city that wanted to work with us."

General Manager, Keiper
