There are more than 10 cultural associations in London. The London area is home to a broad range of international language schools.
Armenian School
The Armenian community in London is made up of over 35 families and is growing
steadily. The Armenian school opened its doors in January, 2005 and is held
on every Sunday. This school acts as a means of maintaining the unique culture
and language of Armenians in London.

German Language School
The German Language School has been in London
for over 40 years. It is currently known among Canadian and German circles as
one of the leading language schools in Canada. Principalled by Ms. Ilse Spangenberg,
the German Language school teaches over 300 students every Saturday morning
in classes from Kindergarten to Grade 13. The school is led by a team of dedicated
instructors most of which have German as their first language which insures
thorough and authentic lessons.

London Chinese School
The London Chinese School offers classes at both the elementary and secondary levels every Saturday. Both Mandarin and Cantonese classes are taught by 18 dedicated instructors, some of whom have been with the school for many years.
At the present time, there are four Mandarin credit courses: Level 1 (Grade 9), Level 2 (Grade 10), and Level 3 (Grade 11) and Level 4 (Grade 12). These Ontario high school credit courses are offered by the London District Catholic School Board.

London International Academy (LIA)
The London International Academy is a university preparation boarding school and is registered with the Ministry of Education in Ontario. The school is also a member of Canadian Education Centre (CEC) and provides international students with the programs required to apply for universities in North America, such as Grades 9 to 12 courses, and ESL (english as a second language) courses.
International students with high school diploma must complete at least six Grade 12 courses in order to obtain an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and to apply for university admission. Many students can achieve this goal in a year.
London Islamic School
The London Islamic School was established to provide the Muslim student of London, Ontario with a high quality Islamic educational experience. In addition to Arabic and Islamic Education, courses include languages , integrated sciences, visual arts, physical education and computers. The London Islamic School strives to offer a diverse curriculum designed to enable all students to reach their full potential as creative and productive members of the Mosque and society.

Polish Heritage School (at St John School)
Established in 1927, The Polish Heritage School has been active in London for over seventy years and has an enrollment of more than 500 students. The school teaches all grades from kindergarten to credit courses for high school. London's Polish Heritage School is one of the biggest Polish ethnic schools in the world.

Japanese School
Established in 1988 by CAMI Automotive, the London (CA) Japanese School is now operated by a Japanese Parents Committee every Saturday at Wheable Secondary School
The main objective of the school is to provide language and educational training to students adhering to the Japanese educational curriculum thus enabling students to early enter Japanese schools when they return to Japan.
The Japanese Government provides 50% of the funding for the school and the balance is made up by the families who use the school. As of September 2006, the school has 6 families involved and 6 students that attend. The monthly fee per student is $100.00.
The teachers (all of whom are Japanese) also organize picnics and outings as well as parties for festive occasions.
