OIART offers North America's first and longest running integrated immersion program for Audio Engineering and Production studies (since 1983). The D’Arcy Lane Institute, School of Massage Therapy is one of eight registered massage therapy schools in Ontario. Established in 1986, the school is widely known for high caliber graduates and teaching excellence.

In addition to the theoretical knowledge that is imparted in-class, students participate in outreach clinics within the community to gain hands-on experience, develop quick and accurate reflexes and work in real life situations.

Welding At Its Best is a Registered and Approved Private Career College specializing in welder training.

It's mission is to produce quality welders meeting industry standards. Instructors are highly qualified, experienced, certified welders with extensive field experience. Training is geared to the workplace environment and prepares the participants for future employment.

The welding programs are designed to teach the skill of Arc Welding. Every aspect of welding is taught, from striking an arc, to X-ray quality welding. Programs are comprised of All Position welding on various metals, Pipe Welding, Theory and Blue Print Reading. Qualification Testing are also incorporated into the various programs.

The General Manager of the Keiper operations in London said Keiper officials prepared a list of fifty questions on everything from available property to zoning, road access, rail service and utilities. It was forwarded to a list of communities along highway 401 between Guelph and Chatham.
